Hello, I'm Henry! I am a lifelong outdoor enthusiast, traveler & explorer living in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado! I am a year-round tour guide in Colorado's backcountry and run Restored Lands. When I'm not busy working I love to be doing anything in the wilderness or traveling somewhere new in my truck camper with my black lab Lucy! I started this nonprofit in effort to bring a better connection and understanding to living sustainably with our world & the importance of doing so. I look forward to creating a great impact with you all, together.

Hi everyone! My name is Sophia, and I am the Treasurer at Restored Lands. I’m based in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida, where I work in procurement for a large electrical contractor.

I love all things fitness related, cooking, baking, and spending time on the water. I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the great outdoors and a strong interest in environmental sustainability.

Blane Arnold is an agricultural professional focused on regenerative land management. As a Farm Transition Specialist, he works with farmers across the country to transition to organic practices by improving soil health and creating more sustainable, profitable operations.

His background includes hands-on experience with orchard systems, livestock integration, and ecological land practices. Giving him a practical, grounded approach to conservation and stewardship. Originally from Florida, he spent over a decade in the western U.S. before recently returning to his roots in Florida with a renewed commitment to restoring and protecting natural ecosystems.

He is passionate about agriculture, fishing, wildlife and is dedicated to supporting initiatives that create lasting environmental and community impact.

​Hi! My name is Liyana and I am from Long Island, New York. I am currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at New York University on the pre-law track, with hopes of working in environmental law in the future. I have a deep passion for environmental awareness and am especially interested in how advocacy, education, and policy can create change. I am excited to contribute to Restored Lands and protect our environment for future generations!

Hi there, I'm Avril! I am based in New York City, but I am originally from Northern Virginia where we have some of the best hiking and parks in the country. I recently graduated from George Washington University with a degree in Journalism and International Affairs, and I am currently pursuing my master's in Science, Health, and Environmental Reporting at New York University. I am interested in multimedia stories in the intersection of climate, public health, and policy. Off the byline, you can usually find me doing yoga, playing soccer, or reading. I am excited to bring thoughtful and community-based perspectives to Restored Lands as an Investigative Intern!
