This petition takes aim at the 2021 incident where Vail Resorts released 2 million gallons of water contaminated with toxic algicide into Gore Creek, killing aquatic wildlife, poisoning the ecosystem, and leaving the company responsible for just 40% of the project’s cost—while taxpayers & local groups fund the rest of the $617k restoration.
The restoration project is unofficially due to start this summer 2025, bringing this event back into the spotlight.
Help us bring awareness to this issue before Vail can put a bow on the whole thing!

Try a different way to donate by sponsoring a cleanup! With your special donation Restored Lands will dedicate a cleanup to you, your family, business or organization. We will also share your sponsored cleanup as a thank you on our social accounts.
This is a great way to contribute on behalf of a lot of people, promote your business or even engage in your CSR (corporate social responsibility) efforts.
When you become an ambassador it allows us to work together from wherever you are so you can have your own impact on the environment while promoting Restored Lands too.
This is a pretty simple, yet effective way to do your part while helping us reach more people at the same time!
How to get involved:

Go out on for a trash cleanup, get photos of the day & your group with a sign saying "Support Restored Lands Nonprofit".

Post 2 or more pictures on at least one social media platform, tagging us & #restoredlandsambassadors.

Once you do that we will send you a free shirt, some additional mystery merch & a 10% off coupon for the RLNP Shop so you can continue to show or share your support for Restored Lands!
Come and join us for an event! Meet likeminded folks within the community and spend the day giving back to the environment. This is an awesome option if you're local or perhaps visiting and looking for something different to do!
