Vail Gore Creek Petiton

Status: Active
The Vail Gore Creek Petition worked hard to bring the realities of corporate ski resort operation into the light. We focus on a toxic water spill in Vail, CO that has come to a head with a $617,000 project in fall 2026. The goals are to hold the Vail Corporation to a higher standard, bring greater awareness and transparency to their operational negligence and in the end, stop this type of impact from players in who operate in and around our natural resources.
