About the event
This fall join us for an event in Colorado Springs where we will sow native milkweed seeds with local volunteers.
Spend your Indigenous People's Day morning with Restored Lands and volunteers at Mesa Valley Wildlife Preserve sowing native milkweed seeds in effort to support the near threatened monarch butterfly.
At the event you will get to spread milkweed seeds on a conserved wildlife preserve and learn a little bit about the monarch. After seed sowing we'll enjoy a lunch provided by project partners Palmer Land Conservancy and finish the day up by 1pm.
